Call us on 01244 338140. We'll discuss your situation and find an arrangement that works for you, whether that's a reduced payment plan, a temporary hold, or another solution. We won't pressure you into paying more than you can afford.
You can ask us to provide proof of the debt, including the original agreement and a breakdown of the amount owed. We're happy to provide this, it's your right to see it.
Let us know and we'll investigate. If there's been an error, we'll correct it. We won't ask you to pay anything until the dispute is resolved.
The original creditor may have already reported the debt to credit agencies. However, settling or arranging a payment plan is generally better for your credit than leaving it unresolved. We can discuss your specific situation.
